It can get confusing trying to figure out what to eat to keep your body healthy when there are so many people telling us different things. I am extremely passionate about clearing up this confusion, and providing you with the truth about nutrition, so you can finally feel good about what you’re eating…without the mystery of whether or not is good for your body!
Some of you may have a specific goal that you would like to reach, whether it is losing weight, curing sickness, or anything in-between. Maybe you just feel “stuck” at a certain weight, and feel as though you are doing everything “right”, but still no results. I will help you to identify the underlying causes of your health issues, and provide you with the knowledge you need to reach your goals.
Together, we will create an individualized nutrition strategy that takes into account your specialized needs, As I said, no two people are the same, so no two plans are the same. I am concerned with addressing your needs on a holistic level. By this, I mean that I will not just help you to shed a few pounds, or get rid of indigestion. Instead, I will address your whole body, including your physical and psychological wellbeing, so that your path to optimal health is complete and the results are sustainable.
My plan will give you the tools to shop and prepare for healthy meals, stay on target when traveling, and how to navigate a menu when eating out.
